Andrew: The Quiet Connection, 1 John 1:35-42

Andrew, despite being the first disciple, is one of the lesser know apostles. Often living in the shadow of his more outspoken brother, Peter.

While Andrew might not have been a headlining character in the NT, he was an important part of God's redemptive plan. He was a missionary, a martyr, and a model of humble obedience. A quiet connector and a faithful witness. Although Andrew's role may have been les prominent then Peter's his faithfulness in leading others to Christ, even from the shadows, is a model for believers today. His story reminds us that kingdom greatness often comes dressed as faithful obedience.
